Euro Party Set

With lockdown easing and summer fast approaching, why not create a party set ready for the Euro football?

In this tutorial I will show you how to create a banner, personalized football drinks bottle and personalize popcorn bags.

Items I Used

• Silhouette Curio
• Cutting Mat (8.5″x12″)
• Faux Grass (From Amazon)
• Mason Drinking Glass
• White Vinyl
• Transfer Tape
• Stencil Material
• White Acrylic Paint
• Silhouette Sketch Pens
• Twine or String
• Paper Bags
• Silhouette Chipboard

Purchase the banner file from design store and open it within silhouette.
I am going to make 3 flags, so I am going to make each one approx. 6’’.

First of all I am going to cut out a template for the banner using Silhouette chip board. Once the flag is the right size, click on send. Change material to Chipboard and click send. Once the template has been cut, use it to cut out 4 flags with the faux grass.

Purchase football pitch from design store and merge into Silhouette Studio. Line it up on top of the flag shape. Don’t forget to leave a space at the top for the holes. Delete the flag and copy the pitch 4 times then click send. Change material to vinyl, Matte and click send. Once its cut out the stencil, place it on top of the grass and paint using white acrylic paint.

I am going to use the same football pitch file for the glass jar.

Size up the file to the size you would like on the drinking jar.

Click send.

Change the setting to vinyl and click send again.

Weed the design and using transfer paper place it on top of the glass.

Place the bag on the cutting mat and secure using masking tape. Determine what size you would like the design. I have made the design approx. 3.5’’ and added some text underneath.

Click on the line effects tab down the right side and click on the spiral effect and move the spacing down to the lowest it will go.

Load the cutting mat into the machine and insert a sketch pen into the tool holder.

Click on send.

Select paper as the material and sketch as the action and sketch pen as the tool. Click send.

Thread some twine through the flags, add some popcorn into the treat bag and fill up your glass…… Cheers!!
