Wedding Couple Card
Hi DT Sharon here again and this time I’d like to show you a wedding card.
I chose this project as now is the time that wedding season is upon us.
I thought this card is really lovely to give the bride and groom.
Open your file and sort into colours.
The flowers are two different colours.
The bigger ones I cut from a darker shade than the smaller.
Once you’ve cut the images out sort them into where they go.
If you leave your images on the adhesive card backing they are easier to arrange.
Fold the card on the dotted line to make your base.
Adhere the bride’s body to the large groom’s background.
Adhere the bride’s dress, the white shirt, collar and bow tie.
I have used 3D foam for the bow tie to make it stand out a little.
I also added some small black pearls to the shirt for buttons.
Keep the larger base of the flowers on the backing and add the smaller matching piece.
Now do the same to the smaller pieces. Add the flowers to the bigger base.
I’ve added some small white pearls to the middles for a bit of extra decoration.
Add the bouquet with a 3D foam pad.
I added more pearls to the bride to make a necklace.
Adhere the finished piece to the card base.
There you have it a beautiful one of a kind wedding card.
This is such a lovely card to make.
You could easily change the colours to match the theme of the happy couple.
The adhesive cardstock made it super easy to put together too.
