Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year to all our customers. Thank you for your continued support.

My blog post today is all about Summer holidays.
I know we probably are all dreaming about having one so lets hope this year we can.
This layout features mine and my husbands first holiday away without the children.
(We haven’t had one since!) When I saw the pack of washi tape in the Graphtec store I knew exactly what I wanted to make with it.
First of all, I cut out the frames for my page into which I’d put my photos.
I made them both the same size.
To add a bit of layering I also added a piece of white card behind the photos before putting into the frames.
Bring in your washi tape, sun and cloud files.
Resize them to fit your page.
Group them into the washi tape colours to save time and cut out.
I used the block colour tape for the images and the patterned for the washi tape files.
Without adhering your photos and frames lay them onto the page and arrange your washi tape pieces around them.
When you are certain they are in the correct place adhere your photo frames.
Using a nice bold text decide on your words.
Then offset them to make another slightly bigger layer.
I have used the adhesive cardstock with a darker one for the offset for the letters.
I also used the same card for the paper clips.
Adhere the 2 layers of letters and place where you would like them.
Also place the paper clips.
I loved making this layout.
The washi tape is so easy to use and will brighten up any project you do.
It is also great for using alongside the adhesive cardstock.
It could be used for cards or any papercraft project, it’s very versatile.
