Scrapbooking With Steph | Flower Layout

Hello and welcome to this weeks blog post!

As you have no doubt grown accustomed to what I feature it will come to no surprise that it is a 12 x 12 scrapbooking page!

I cut the file on my trusted textured Bazzill white cardstock using the heavy cardstock setting and passing through twice.

Once it was cut I decided (foolishly) to back the file in pale pink tissue paper.

It turned out just how I wanted but it was tricky to trim round!!

I used a sheet of flat white cardstock for the background and splattered gold paint all over it before setting it aside to dry.

True to my normal style I have created layers of papers, frames and multi embellishments all built up with foam risers to give the layout some depth, I added the cutfile to the front of the photo and another flower embellishment to the front.

So I cut a curve in the top left hand page and roughed it up with a pair of scissors before popping a coordinating piece of paper behind it.

I then added my title to fit around it.
