Christmas Tree Decorations | Silhouette Chipboard
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
I love Christmas and I love crafting Christmas goodies with My Silhouette Cameo. I have cut lots of gorgeous paper shapes to use in my Christmas Journal the Design Store has so many to choose from!
Today I bring you a few tree decoration ideas.
I chose 3 different bauble shapes and cut 6 of each design from Silhouette Chipboard.
Next the patterned paper was cut again 6 of each design. Each shape has a scored line in the centre.

I love red, gold and green during the festive period and each bauble was made from a separate colour.
Each chipboard piece had a paper piece glued in place and then folded in the middle.
Next the bauble pieces were glued together to make a 3D shape.

My Christmas Tree has not been bought yet let alone decorated, so I used a large tree in the garden to showcase my new decorations.

This mini house is so adorable I fell in love with it. Small and cute and perfect for showcasing the chipboard with the addition of white, red and green cardstock for the small details.
I placed a battery operated tealight inside which creates a warm glow in the darkness.
These ornaments were fairly easy to make and look great hanging from the tree.
I am going to try filling another house with sweets and will make more coloured baubles using different patterned papers.
