Mother’s Day Card

Hi DT Sharon here.

My project today is all about Mother’s Day so I decided to make this cute card.

Bring in two of your card base files.

On one of the designs take away the back of the card.

You can easily use your rubber function for this.

Cut out the full card base in cream and the half base in green.

Adhere the green front to the cream front.

Bring in your sheep file and arrange in the different colours.

Cut out.

When the layers are cut in all the different colours arrange on your desk.

If you are using the Silhouette adhesive cardstock you can take away the waste and leave the image on the backing paper for ease.

For these pieces I inked the edges just to make them stand out a little.

Now put all the layers together.

Arrange your sheep onto the card. You can see from my diagram where everything goes.

Arrange the hearts and sentiment wherever you like.

This would be a great card for you to make for a little person to give to their mum on Mothers Day.

You could even change up the sentiment so you could give it to a grandma or nanny.

Super simple to make but very effective!
