New Year Frame 

Hi Cheryl here again.

I hope you all had a lovely time at Christmas and New Year and hope you got to spend time with your families.

So we are now in 2022 a new year a new start and we like to start decorating our homes and if you have a dog then you will love my first project of 2022- come join me!

Craft Materials Used

• Silhouette Glossy Vinyl
• Picture Frame
• Double sided glitter paper

In your software open you’re ‘A House is not a Home Without A Dog’ file in the design space.

Depending on the size of your picture frame will determine mat size I used A4 for mines.

Now you want to click on the image for the black box to appear and now using the corners increase or decrease until you get the size you need.

If you are happy with your size then you want to press send up in the top right hand corner.

You will see the screen change and another panel shows and you want to select your material as glossy vinyl, then you will see the settings change and if you are happy hit send to cut your vinyl.

Once your Vinyl has been cut remove from machine and cut off any excess and use your weeding tool to remove all the excess from your cut piece.

Now you want to put transfer tape over the front part of your design and carefully remove the backing from the vinyl.

Next you want to prepare your frame and once you have covered the backing piece then add your vinyl on to the top then put the glass on and secure into the frame and that’s you finished.

I absolutely loved making this project and it didn’t take long to make at all so you could make plenty of these to sell at a craft fair or even to make gifts for friends and family.

You can get all different colours and types of vinyl just find the one that suits you best and get cutting.
