Euro 2020 Popcorn Box
Hi, DT Sharon here today!
I thought that this little popcorn box would come in really handy for any little treat while watching the Euros this Summer.
Using the adhesive cardstock made it nice and easy.
Sizing The Popcorn Box
I brought in the file and sized it a bit bigger so it was just large enough to fit on a 12×12 piece of the adhesive cardstock.
I used white to keep it authentic but you could use any colour.
Red Strips & Outer Label
Bring in the strips and outer label and cut out in red cardstock.
Football Placement
Bring in the football file (it will be called soccer ball in the store).
Place it onto the box file to resize it to fit correctly.
Remove the box and cut out the ball in black.
You will have to cut out a white circle to layer up the ball in the same size.
Wording
Using the text feature type out EURO 2020 in your chosed font.
I’ve used Bauhaus 93 in size 36.
Then using the offset button (the star) place an offset around it.
Cut the words in red and the offset in black.
Adding The Stripes & Label
Add the red stripes to the box, one panel in between each colour.
Then apply the inner label to the outer.
The adhesive cardstock makes this so easy.
Adding The Details
Place the label at the top of the box and the football underneath.
Adding The Words
Add the offset black layer to the label and the words on top.
There you have it a lovely treat box to use whilst watching the Euros.
Of course you can use it for any treat, my favourite would be M&Ms as you’d be able to get quite a few in the box to share with your family and friends!
