Silhouette Printable Heat Transfer Material
Have you ever wanted to fully customise an item of clothing, bag or piece of home furnishing with your very own printed design? Silhouette Printable Heat Transfer Material allows you to do just that with the use of your home inkjet printer. The transfer material comes in 2 different formats for light and dark fabrics and allows you to fully customise your apparel.
Silhouette’s Printable Heat Transfer Material features a heat-activated adhesive backing provides a permanent bond when applied to the surface of the fabric. This material is ideal for creating patterns or designs to be applied to fabric materials such as t-shirts, jerseys, bags or home decor and generates a professional look and finish every time.
In order to generate your bespoke design, print out an image and cut out around the contour using your Silhouette machine’s Print & Cut feature, you can then iron the custom image onto the surface of the fabric. As the material features an adhesive backing it can be loaded directly into your Silhouette Digital Cutting Tool without the need to use a cutting mat and as it features its own transfer liner you do not need to use transfer tape to transfer it onto the surface of the project.
Light Fabrics: This material turns semi-transparent when ironed and should only be used on white or very light fabrics.
Dark Fabrics: This material remains solid when ironed and so is suitable for all colors of fabric.
