Silhouette Gold Star Warranty

In the unfortunate event of your Silhouette machine encountering a fault or accident, Graphtec GB will repair your machine within 48 hours of it arriving in our warehouse.

If this is not possible, we will ship a replacement machine (of equal quality) within the same 48 hour window.

 Terms and Conditions

1. Graphtec Gold Star Warranty is valid for Silhouette products only.
2. Graphtec Gold Star Warranty covers your Silhouette product for 3 years extended warranty, this warranty is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase of your Silhouette hardware, regardless of the date of purchase of the Gold Star warranty.
3. If we issue a product replacement  your warranty continues with the replacement product until 36 months after the original purchase
4. This warranty expires when your original Silhouette device is 36 months old.
5. The Graphtec Gold Star Warranty is valid for 1 Silhouette product only. Additional machines require the purchase of a additional warranty.
6. This warranty covers manufacturing faults or accidental damage to your Silhouette device.
7. This warranty excludes malicious or deliberate damage to your Silhouette device. If our engineers suspect malicious damage, Graphtec GB limited reserve the right to charge for the full cost of the repair.
8. This warranty is valid only by quoting this voucher number and the serial number of your Silhouette machine. Please keep them safe. Our engineers can not start repair without a valid number.
9. This warranty is provided in good faith and does not mitigate your statutory rights.
10. To claim on this warranty, please contact our support department on 01978 666700 quoting your voucher number and serial number. You will be provided with a RMA number and details of our Freepost account to return your Silhouette device.
11. Graphtec GB Limited will not countenance claims for shipping by any other method other than stated in clause 10 above unless by prior approval from our engineers.
12. What is not included…

• All consumable items, ie, blades, cutting mats, pens and media
• cables and connectors
• Media cards, SD cards, USB sticks
• Compensation for damaged media, loss of earnings etc.
• malicious or deliberate damage
